This avocado, turkey sensational sandwich is one of my favorites! Do you like meals that are easy to make, healthy and filling? How about meals that are budget-friendly? Me too! This sandwich meets the criteria and your family will love it!
One of the best reasons to eat this sensational sandwich is it includes a superfood: avocado. Avocados have been found to have so many health benefits, it is hard not to eat them! Their unique texture and flavor leave you wanting more and this sandwich will not disappoint.

How to do a Weeks Worth of Summer Budget Meal that Rock
Here is what you will need:
– whole wheat bread (I like Brownberry)
– 1 ripe avocado (Tip: Pick a darker green avocado if you plan on using it right away)
– 1 tomato
– provolone cheese
– salt & pepper to taste
1. Mash up your avocado in a bowl and add salt & pepper to taste
2. Add mashed avocado to bread and place provolone on top
3. Layer mayo on your other slice of bread
4. Add your turkey and tomato then put your bread slices together! I like to cut it in half because it is quite thick.
That’s it! What a super simple, yummy recipe to give your family some nutritional goodness, especially when you don’t have a lot of time! This sandwich takes literally less than 10 minutes to fix.
